The All India Shia Yatimkhana (Lucknow), established in 1912, looks after the overall welfare of the orphans; it provides them withfree boarding and lodging; educates them upto class VIII in its own school, sending them to intercolleges for onward education. Plans are in hand to start technical classes. We spend on averaga, Rs.1000/= per month for a childs boarding, lodging, clothes and medical expenses; let us say, US$ 25/= per month, or US$ 300 per year. You may sponsor a child by remitting to us US$ 300. Send us Rs.500/-(US$ 15) and write to us the name of your late relativeand the date of his death.We shall arrange majlis, Qurankhwani and nyaz for his sawab on that date.
